Collegeboard Recycles Tests too Often?

Ok, so I took the test yesterday, February 27th 2013 in a school day testing.
And today after searching for some SAT vocab words that appeared on the test, I discovered that the exact test that I took was used in 2005, 2010, 2011, AND 2012?! (I think the 2012 one was the international version). If you just read past discussions of the SAT test before you take the actual test it might be easy to cheat! I'm concerned!

Certain questions, called equaters, are found on different tests. These questions allow CB to compare the difficulties of different tests.

That Feb. test you took wasn’t a real CB sitting, though, right? There’s no February exam–it was probably a released exam used by your school for class placement or other internal evaluation.

When the CB recycles tests (only internationally now, I believe), it uses unreleased exams. It should stop doing that–witness recent cheating scandals in Korea, among other places–but it’s at least better than recycling tests that are easily and legally available.
