<p>You shouldn't have to go online to find someone ready and willing to proofread and suggest improvements for your essay. That person might even be you.</p>

i don't think it's anything wrong with essays editing. Since you will probably ask your mom to revise your essay, what is the difference anyway?</p>
<p>Sorry to offend you, but by the way you have just written, it is a good idea for you to get an editor. I would suggest an editor you can meet in person. This makes the whole thing much simpler. What if he/she does not understand what you are trying to say? In a face-to-face conversation you can simply explain in a more coherent manner. Plus, you can actually learn from the experience. <p>My English teacher helped me out with an essay that I later used for my college applications. He was more than willing to sit down with me and talk over my ideas and goal for the piece, and it the final draft turned out relatively well. </p>
