Does anyone know any colleges that have:

  1. good science departments (bio, psych, neuroscience)
  2. good for pre-med
  3. big sports schools (football, basketball)
  4. have good connections to cities and things like that
  5. are close to/ around 30 or less out of state tuition

No. You can check on costs at Big Ten flagship U’s for OOS tuition and other costs.

Premed can be done at just about any school. Check on your instate options since they likely will be most affordable. If you are truly serious about going to medical school (definition of premed) you will not worry about the sports or city. you need a plan B so you need to consider majors with job/grad school prospects in specific STEM majors. the sciences for med school can be done anywhere and higher grades may be more possible where you are a best academic fit.

The cheapest Big Ten Flagships are around $40K for OOS. It goes all the way up to $65K.
