If you scroll down the list in the first post, you can see colleges that did not require vaccinations at the time the list was made.
Of course, any policy may have changed since then.

UF doesnāt ādiscriminateā (to use your word).
No vaccines required, no testing done, and no masks required.
Professors arenāt happy but canāt do a thing about it.

BYU has three campuses. One (Laie, HI) requires COVID-19 vaccination, while the other two (Provo, UT and Rexburg, ID) do not.

Iām sure things are constantly changing- but UNH has masks and Covid testing. Unvaccinated have to test more often and have to quarantine if a close contact, versus fully vaccinated who do not.
