Colleges Rescinding an Acceptance

OK, so I'm a pretty good student, mostly A's and high B's, and I got accepted at Vanderbilt and enrolled there for the Fall of 2010. Recently, I received my senior year report card, which isn't bad, except for one class. Mind you, I go to a Jesuit high school, so Religion is a required course all 4 years. Here is how the report card looks, just for 2nd semester grades (worst semester by far)...

AP Calculus BC-85
AP Chemistry-90
AP Economics-90
AP Latin IV-93
AP Lit & Comp-83
Christian Vocation-70

So I guess my question is, how will colleges interpret this report card. Will they say that my Religion teacher has a vendetta against me (which he kind of does), or will they say that I slacked off in my easiest class, and they can't have that here at Vanderbilt. Any and all posts, including previous experiences with this kind of situation, would be most appreciated.

PS-a 70 is the lowest passing grade at my school, although i know the scale is different at other schools.

I doubt ONE 70 will get you rescinded but try to bring it up as much as possible.
