Indiana University seems like a great fit for me. I'd be able to get in and it has a great business school which I'd go in for. The only problem is I live in CT and don't like to fly, so I want a school like Indiana but closer to me. Suggestions?

Could you afford OOS costs? How about Penn State or Ohio State?

I’m looking at Penn State now and in terms of cost most colleges (including oos) are affordable

Why not UConn?

Ik I said I want to be close but honestly staying in state doesn’t seem so appealing. I’ll definitely take a look though

Rutgers, NB
Umd
Umass

I agree with happy1 that UConn makes a lot of sense and will likely be your least expensive option. I’m guessing that you want a large school with big time sports and a good b-school. You can. look at nearby state schools – UMD, UDelaware and Penn State, come to mind quickly, The SUNY schools have reasonable OOS rartes although the sports aren’t as big (SUNY Binghamton, SUNY Buffalo perhaps) and for private schools you might check into BC, Villanova and Syracuse as well.

Thanks for the input. I was looking around and what about NC State?
