Colleges That Care Less About Midyear Reports

So this first semester I got a C+ in AP Calculus BC, my first C in High School, and one B and 4 A's, from 5 AP classes. My GPA was already the weakest part of my application, and i'm afraid this is jsut going to eliminate my chances at some reaches. are there some colleges that care less about midyear reports, and others that place more emphasis on this? Or is the importance to colleges about the same at each?

applying: amherst, brown, claremontmckenna, pomona, columbia, georgetown, stanford, vanderbilt, washU, yale
I'm doing an last minute consideration for applying to northwestern as well.. thanks!
