On Tuesday the 20th I emailed the admissions office

Deferred. Letter said 4500 applicants ED and EA so odds were tough with a class size of only @500. Thought daughter had what it took (unique ECs, 4.0GPA UW 31 ACT) but guess we’ll see what happens in the RD round. Good luck to all, wherever you end up!!! Things happen for a reason sometimes, so don’t lose faith in yourself if you were deferred!
