For everyone here who wants to do a science major in CC, why did you choose Columbia?
@IAmLying i thought their medicine, literature, and society major sounded pretty cool, but i’ll prbly major in bio or neuro. I’ve been doing the Columbia Science Honors Program for the past 3 years and I don’t live too far away so idk i’ve grown comfortable with science at columbia haha. I’m hoping SHP gives me some sort of advantage lol.

Hey guys! Does anyone know how much 1st quarter grades matter? I just realized that it’s recommended when it comes out so now I’m contemplating sending in but not sure if it’ll have any effect even shows up before decisions come out…
Did they even ask for first quarter grades?
I doubt that first quarter grade matters…
Your counselor should send them in if they have been made available by now.
I’d love to do the 3-2 program if I get in.

I am afraid that when I log in the decision is gonna appear right there or when they email us that the decision is up I will press the link and it will bring me right to the decision like I will have no time to prepare myself. AHHH!
Kinda random, but I’m planning on going on a run, or something like that when decisions come out, that way I can either get super pumped and release a bunch of energy, or

I was just thinking I was going to do the same thing! Running calmed my nerves
@DoubleD11 how smart! That way no one will be around to watch me freak out or break down… And the endorphins will help with the negative energy if the outcome isn’t good!
Naturally I go into school today and have 3 tests assigned for Friday. As if I will really be able to concentrate on Thursday night either way :((
