I started a thread for accepted students discussion. My daughter was accepted, she got a likely letter and Davis Scholar. Has anybody gotten their financial information? We are anxiously waiting for that… How does it compare to other schools? Any Davis Scholar students? How did it impact your aid package?

Congrats! I recieved my financial aid with my acceptance (but I applied ED so it could be different for you).

Columbia is such a fantastic experience intellectually and culturally. The education one receives will last a lifetime. Morningside Heights is wonderful with amazing reasonably priced restaurants, bookstores, cafes, and so much culture, with the Upper West Side next door. You will cherish the experience all of your life and mine it for deep-value uses decades after graduation. Congratulations.
