Can you apply to both Columbia College and SEAS? I know you can apply to Barnard + CC or SEAS or general. Thanks!
Yes. And be aware that as a Freshman at SEAS, you will still be required to enroll in the required Western Civilization courses.
You cannot apply to both CC and SEAS. You choose one when you’re applying.
@ssu123456 The only dual-bachelors degree offered by Columbia and Barnard is with Barnard OR Columbia College AND Columbia Engineering, though this program takes 5 years and can ONLY be applied to after you are enrolled at Columbia College or Barnard. However, Barnard is affiliated with Columbia, so it might be possible to major in a field that is ONLY available at Columbia, though you should contact Admissions/do your own research on this.

Barnard also offers 5 year Bachelors/Masters degrees between it and various Columbia graduate schools.

As @CollegeQs234 says, you CANNOT apply to both Columbia College AND SEAS as a high-schooler, you can only APPLY (idk if this is guaranteed anymore) for a dual-degree once enrolled as a sophomore I believe. Choose the school that fits more with the “story” your application is trying to tell and has the major you are more interested in/fits your career goals.
Hope this helps!
