columbia idoc?!

hello, i applied RD to Columbia College ('15)

i've submitted fafsa and css profile + idoc crap like 3 weeks ago

and i checked my financial aid status on "track my application" page on columbia website

it clearly says i've submitted my fafsa and css profile

but it says i did not submit my parent's w2 and tax return forms

so i checked collegeboard's idoc website

and it says they sent the documents to columbia on 2-22-11.

i emailed columbia twice, still no response...

any suggestions? hellppp

thank you :)

They won’t email you back…just be patient. Or call

Just give them a week or two. It takes them a while to update their system, especially with so many undergrad applications. Mine says the same thing.

Same here. When I look up the status of my IDOC stuff on the IDOC website it says that Columbia has access to all my documents, but on the Columbia financial aid tracking website it says that they’re not in… so I’m assuming they just haven’t updated it yet. I guess we just need to be patient?

I actually got an email back saying thank you for completing all FA forms from Columbia Financial AId.

It took around 2 weeks for them to get it.

In our case, our IDOC status changed at College Board on 3/1/2011 before noon, Financial aid status updated on Columbia site was the same day afternoon. An email from financial aid office to indicate our fananical aid complete was received on the same day.
