* Math Recommendation - He has specialized it for Columbia Engineering; I am the top 1% of the students he has ever taught; first student to receive an A+ in AP Calculus BC in his 35 years of teaching; talks about my leadership in and outside of the classroom a lot and how he hasn't seen many students as insightful and keen as myself
* Chemistry Recommendation - top 5% of the students he has taught; talks about how well I am perceived at school by the teachers; also talks about my achievements (patent owner, and published author)

<p>Interview
* At the end, my interviewer said, "I couldn't imagine it if you did not get into Columbia"
* Interviewer also asked me if Columbia was a top choice, and she said she knew it was when I told her it was my first choice</p>

* My college counselor has notified the Columbia Regional Officer that Columbia University is my first choice and that I will definitely marticulate there if accepted.
* I also went to a highly selective summer program (19% acceptance rate) hosted by Upenn (Engineering + Business)</p>
<p>Final Thoughts:
* In the past, only one student has been accepted to Columbia every year. My only worries are that there are many students in my class that have astonishing achievements (they, however, have applied to CC) and that they will get in over me</p>
