<p>Did anyone here recieve a PRIORITY mailing from Columbia University in NY??? I did, for the Fu Foundation SEAS with a bunch of books and information about that school.... Is this a good thing? or is it just a standard, whatever kinda thing... does it matter that it was sent priority??</p>

<p>No... it's just a cute little ploy that very selective (and even some not-so-selective) colleges use to try to get students to apply to that school, knowing full well that they're going to reject a vast majority of them and collect a nice $60 fee from each one.</p>
<p>should I still apply??? or just to the regular school?? what do u guys know about Columbia? I have a 33 ACT and 2060 SAT at a prestigious private school and 3.65 Gpa with all hard classes...</p>
