also, do they have a preference for juniors over underclassmen? since its the juniors last chance to make it?

for the last challenge, you dont even need to know what an ounce is
you just assume there is one ounce of acid

then to get 20% acid, you need 4 ounces of water

to get 331/3% acid, you add one ounce of acid so you get 2 ounce acid/4 ounce water
which is 33 1/3%

so the final solution would be 1 ounce acid/3 ounce water which is 25%

andrewsun…sorry but none of us know!

lol i feel stupid now though
i may have to stay off here until i get the results or i’ll go insane…probably rejectedddd annyway hahaa. whatever.

Okay guys, so far i remember that the coin one was 15, because there were 5 types of coins. So 3*5
Thenthe box one was 488, idk or the rest.
As for chances it sounds like everyone on this blogue is going to make it. So guys stop stressign out, and we’ll come back when the results are out

the one about the max value was 16/3. i’m positive about that one.

wait, was that the only choice with 16/something or was there a 16/9 also?

wow i can’t count… the coins one is 15. i cant remember if there was a 16/9 choice. i dont believe so but my memory is crap

the coin one was 15 but the box one i got 520 , what did everyone else get ?

wut stats do you need to get into the program? like u have to do good on the exam and like have straight A’s and good recs and essay right? arent grades from transcript and the exam more imp? plz rply asap.

the test is everything everything is a joke , ugh but seriously how do u get 488 for th box i got 520? D;

everything else is a joke***

for the cube one all you do is 10^3 - 8^3
cuz yu take out all the outer layer and ur left with an 8x8x8 cube

yes but shudnt it be a 9x9x9 cube ?

i tried the 9x9x9 cube but it didnt work , so then i just took the surface area minus the edges which was 80 , 600-80 = 520 D;

oh wait my bad i sse what u did D: damn i got that question wrong , -___________- theres always next year right ?

yeah i was confused on that cube question at first but after i thought about it for like 5 min, i figured out all you had to do was 10^3 - 8^3, same thing atlm did

on that 1:7:24 one, i looked at the answer choices and broke it into 2 numbers and plugged them in to see if it worked, luckily 6 and 8 worked lol

how many points do they take off for incorrect answers

1/2 points off

k guys, it would be a 888 cube with the sides and corners. The right answer is 488. Sorry falling4rain

so did anyone actually ever find out what they got in the pat years??
