I am a freshman at a very selective high school for medicine, and I was researching information on combined BS/MD programs. However, I noticed that a lot of the programs require that you be in the top 10 percent of your graduating class. There is only 75 students in my grade, and I am not in the top 10. Do colleges make exceptions for schools like mine?

No. And most of these programs dont neccessarly need u to be in t0 10%. just have some awesome grades and as long as u have a 4.0, it wont matter:D

When you say you are Junior in Medicine, you mean an undergrad program or highschool.
If you are in a high school junior looking to go into combined BS/MD program you need 3 things:
1.Very good grades,GPA >3.85
2.Good standardized testing scores in ACT and SAT,ACT > 30
3.Show your dedication to the profession like,Volunteering and shadowing ,research etc the last but not the least important factor is how you present yourself at the interview which will be final deciding factor. You will be invited to the interview based on number 1,2 and 3.
