Come chance a friend of mine.

Been a while since I posted anything on this site, so here we go. Come chance my friend who's too lazy to register for his own account! I've essentially told him everything I myself have experienced/have knowledge of in transferring (especially since both his primary/alternate majors/GPA are closely related to mine from last year), but I decided to post this up anyways.

This is all for UCLA, since he's tagged everywhere else.
GPA: 3.4
Major: Political Science
Alt. Major: Anthropology
TAP Certified
EC's: Few seasonal jobs, member of community organizations. Not much else.

Basically I've told this guy that he's got a low chance of getting into P. Science, but a good chance of getting into Anthropology.

Also, I've noticed that this new generation of CC'ers is a much more angry, frustrated, bitter generation. Where's the old camaraderie? Where have all the old CC'ers gone? You guys are going to be brothers and sisters come the long wait from November to late April. Trust me on that.

mmm will probably get denied for poly sci, but good chance for anthro! goodluck!

I totally agree with hat last comment you made about this new generation of CCers just a plain not-very-nice crowd Levonid. Let’s just hope that it’s only because it’s still relatively early in the academic year; hopefully they’ll all open up a bit as the year rolls on and it gets closer to decisions being released.

Isnt anthro as impacted as polisci?

i wouldnt trip if theres not many people applying in anthro. i mean a 3.4 is decent especially with a few ecs.
