I'm a chemistry major and a TIP scholar. These are my professors:
CH 301 - Fakhreddine
UGS 303 - Simmons
M408N - Irwin
AST 307 - Lacy

I'm still unsure about the astronomy class. Should I replace it? If yes, what class should I take instead?

I heard astronomy can be pretty hard. What credit are you using it to satisfy?

I’m using it to fulfill part of the 9 hours from College of Natural Sciences, Engineering or Geosciences.

I took AST 307 and it was a real pain in the butt. I had another professor though so yours might not be as bad. I ended up abandoning the idea of using astronomy for my needed science credits and using biology classes instead.

Anyone recommend any classes?

Chemistry, I thInk we have the same UGS, math and chem class. Why aren’t you taking BIO?

My advisor told me that I didn’t have to take biology and that I could take any other science class.

Who was your advisor for TIP?

Oh me too! Lol. I got CNS package 2.

I’m not sure what package I got. I’ll check in a bit. So would anyone recommend any other class besides astronomy?
