<p>if you know you will be a national merit commended scholar (but haven't gotten the official notice yet), can you still put down this on the common app in the honors section? My PSAT score was a 207, so I should be a national merit commended scholar, I think!</p>

<p>Yeah, you were almost certainly commended. However, ask your school to make sure (they get the official notice, not you).</p>
