<p>You only need to worry about this if your teacher is mailing your recommendation. The system will handle everything sent online. If you do have a teacher who insists on mailing your teacher evaluation, you will need to enter his or her information on the School Forms page of your Common App Online - just don’t enter an email address. The system will provide you with a PDF to print out that will have your Common App ID already printed on it.</p>
