I know this may sound odd, but I really need advice..

So I asked a teacher last Friday for a recommendation for some schools, but over the weekend an alumni of another school convinced me to apply to his school (UVA). How do I go about asking the teacher for another recommendation without making it sound as if I'm inpatient/don't respect her favor? She will already be using the commonapp recommendation form, which UVA also has, what should I tell her to make it easier/faster on her?

Juat say "hey Mr(s). "___", would you mind doing another rec for me? This one is for UVA. They also use the common app so it shouldnt be too much trouble."

I am hoping someone who knows will pipe in here, but I was under the assumption that once the recommendation form was filled out and submitted online it went to all your colleges who take the common app, meaning they did ot have to write out the same thing 10 times (if you apply to 10 schools) So I would assume (based on this initial assumption) that it would be zero extra work. But now I am wondering, so can anyone enlighten?

To the OP, (if my assumption is incorrect) if you talk to your teacher, ask her if she can write your recommendation in a word file and save it, then when you ask for another rec for a different school, she can simply copy and paste.

Well, the difference is that my teacher is doing the form on paper through mail directly to the colleges. So I'm pretty sure I have to give her a separate one.
