The school I applied to required 3 SAT II's, and I have four. However, I only put down my top 3. I was told they just wanted my best three...so that's what I put on the Common Application. My scores are as follows:
Math IIC 790
Physics 780
Chem 750
Math IC 730

I just left out the Math IC. 730 isn't horrible, but I didn't see any reason to put it down. Is it mandatory that we show all that we've taken?

Well....when they receive your official scores from CollegeBoard, it'll show all four. I would put down all four. The adcoms would most probably consider only Physics and Chem and Math IIC because it's the harder Math, even though they see you took Math IC.

Would they consider it dishonesty or something like that? I didn't do it to try to cheat the system, but I don't know if they'd see it that way.

I doubt they'd regard it as dishonesty. If they receive the Common App before your scores reach them, they might be surprised but I'm sure they won't penalize you for that. It's not like you made up bogus scores.
