<p>I didn't know that Duke had a required Common App School Supplement and assumed that the Common App forms were all I needed. </p>
<p>If I get my guidance counselor to fill it out tomorrow and I send it out tomorrow, do you think that would be fine? </p>

<p>Hm. I looked at it and question #8 asked for the midyear school report, which we haven't received yet (at least not for my school - our semester exams are next week). And the bottom it asked whether the GC's "original recommendation for this student is still valid", makeing it sound more like a Midyear Report supplement than to the school report.</p>
<p>oh wow... that makes sense, our exams are in like 2 weeks. I guess I should call Duke to make sure.</p>

<p>I know they do ask for pretty much the same info but you do have to submit it in addition to the common app school report. I called and told the lady about the part "original recommendation for this student is still valid?". She said the GC should only fill those parts out if it applies to you. I thought maybe that part was for ED applicants or something. So I just told my gc to disregard those parts.</p>
