<p>I'm applying to IIT, and in its Common App supplement, it says to "limit your response to one or two paragraphs." Does it mean that it HAS to be at most two paragraphs, or can you still go over? I have short paragraphs that flow together better when they're separated into paragraphs, and it's fewer than 1,800 characters (the maximum is 2000 characters in the space given). Would that be ok? </p>
