<p>I need a teacher recommendation fr northeastern university, so I invited a teacher and then assigned them on the commonapp website after asking them to do it. Is it an online form that they are supposed to fill out? I had to put my teachers email on the request so I assumed that they would send the teacher a form to fill out, but my teacher said that nobody ever sent her anything. What do I do?!</p>
