Common App won't answer?

My “other” recommender cannot upload from her side, and she has tried multiple solutions on diff computers, clearing caches, etc. She ended up emailing the rec to the CA and they sent her two emails saying they received and uploaded it. This is not reflected on my side because it still says “Started” by her name. I sent a ticket through their website a few months ago and they did not answer. I also sent a ticket a few days ago concerning this issue, and they still have not answered (even though they claim there is an “average response time is under one hour”… OKAY).

I’m lost as to what to do. I need this rec in for my RD schools. There is no phone number or direct email listed on the applicant solutions page. How do I contact them for an actual prompt response?

Don’t know the solution but a back up plan is simply to have the hard copy mailed to your schools. Party like it’s 1999.

@T26E4 I would, but I read somewhere that schools don’t like having recs electronically and snail mailed, and they want them all sent either one or the other. I think I might have actually read that on the Common App site somewhere 8-| I might do that if I can’t find a better solution…

Edit: whoops, it was insinuated, but my teacher recs were successfully submitted electronically via the Common App already

Bump, does anyone have any direct contact info? I emailed the appsupport email directly, too.

UPDATE: For some reason I just wasn’t receiving their responses, but they CC’d my recommender who forwarded the email to me. In case anyone has this issue of repeatedly ignored help tickets, ask them to CC someone so one of you can get a response!
