<p>As far as I remember, Commonapp’s interface will let you select which recommendations you would like to send for each school you are applying to.</p>
<p>Each school will have it’s own submission process in Commonapp where you select which recommendations you attach.</p>
<p>Yes, there will. There will be a drop-down where you can “assign” a teacher to a school.</p>
