<p>I've been trying to get a hold of someone at syracuse but I haven't had any luck. can someone please tell me if I need to have the college official letter from school forms filled out? or jus the instructors evaluations? also dumbest question ever but in the CURRENT YEAR COURSES how do I fill that out? My college goes by semester's ... Do I fill out </p>

<p>Fall 08' for first semester
Winter 09' for second semester -- im going to take these
spring 09' for third ... etc ...What about the classes I still have to take next semester do i mention those?</p>

<p>Reading this page, it looks like Syracuse doesn't require the College Official's form:</p>

<p>Office</a> of Admissions</p>

<p>The only exception might be if it a special college requirement (#6).</p>
