Hi, I’m a highschool student who completed my commonapp application before the second semester of my school year. I had originally decided to take ap english but I’m thinking about dropping because of the difficulty level and because I got the hardest teacher. If I drop within a week of the semester, the withdrawal won’t appear on my transcript and instead I will be transfered to honors english 12. But on my commonapp before i considered withdrawing from ap english, I had put ap english as one of my courses that I’m taking this academic year. If I withdraw from ap english will it be considerred lying to colleges and will there be repercussions? I really don’t wanna get a c or below in the ap class and would rather just get an A in the honors class.
