So I did three years in an Indian High School, and now doing the senior high school in USA. Confused

In the education section of the common app, I am supposed to report ranks and GPA.

I was ranked 1 in my former high school and had different class size and GPA. Now I don’t know the rank or GPA that my new high school will give me. Should I shoot an email to my new counselor, or am I allowed to report the numbers from my former high school? Since I haven’t started my new high school yet. I am starting after summer.

Yes, list what you have. Colleges you apply to will weigh in what they know about your prior school.

Email your current adviser, explaining your previous curriculum (equivalent to mostly honors and AP or equivalent to some honors no AP?) + former class rank.

For all universities that use 9-11 or 10-11 grade transcripts, list your Indian courses and grades. List your future classes for 12th.
