Community college grades are transferred as credit to my 4-year college in order to fulfill general education requirements. This means that an A is the same thing as a B because it shows it as simply being credit on my transcript at my 4-year college. However, will the actual grade I receive at the community college be calculated in my cGPA for medical school applications? Will medical schools require the transcript from the community college? I don't plan on taking more than 4 or 5 classes at the CC. All other coursework for my degree including pre-reqs will be done at my 4-year college. Only these 4 or 5 gen ed courses will be completed at the CC.

Yes. You will submit your JC transcript and those grades will count towards your AMCAS GPA.
