Community College to UCLA. Any Advice?

Just an estimate. What are my chances of transferring to UCLA?
I’m currently a student at a CC.

Major: Cognitive Science
IGETC Fulfilled
In Phi Theta Kappa Honors Society
GPA so far 3.75
I’m going to finish all my major prep courses before I apply.
I’m at my CC’s honors transfer alliance program which gives me a min of 85% chance of getting in.
also got a few Dean’s/ President’s honors courses from my college.

I have mostly A’s. Only a few B’s and not a single C, D, or F.
I’m already planning and setting up topics or of my experiences that I might mention in a good personal statement.
I have all my classes planned out which is good.

However, I have over 100 units from trying out different majors. I’m 25 and I was going through a lot of psych treatment over the years. It took me a while to pick a major. That, and I was also working for a few semesters. The good thing is though, I’ve excelled at a diverse set of courses which has made me a more well-rounded person. I also found an interest in tech & programming. These days, I’ve sort of been down in the dumps and I know how competitive it is to get into UCLA. I just want to see if I can do anything else to increase my chances of getting in. There are so many great students and I feel like what I’ve been through, I don’t match up.

Honestly, chance me’s are hard to do. Check here https://universityofcalifornia.edu/infocenter/transfers-major & http://www.admission.ucla.edu/Prospect/Adm_tr/Tr_Prof18_mjr.htm

I would say you have a good shot because your GPA is in the average-higher range and PTK is a nice bonus, and having pre-reqs done can put you ahead of another applicant with a higher GPA but less pre-reqs done.

Don’t be so hard on yourself! UCLA gets put on a pedestal a lot, but with your work ethic I am sure you will succeed wherever you go.

I think you have a pretty good chance even without TAP. CogSci is not an impacted major. If you can keep your GPA within the 25-75 range and complete your prereqs, then you are fine.

Also, if you are really into CogSci, UCSD’s CogSci department is WAAAAAAY better than the one at UCLA.

The TAP program says one of the benefits is
