<p>So I’m thinking of taking some college classes this summer to get a head start on my BU requirements. I’m thinking of majoring in marketing and some of the requirements are an intro to macroeconomics and intro to microeconomics classes. They are both offered at my local community college for 3 credits each. are these likely to transfer? The college is called John A. Logan College in Carterville, IL.</p>
<p>i don’t know if you were thinking about taking any marketing classes at the community college but they will NOT transfer over. The econ credits MIGHT transfer. CCs are a little bit trickier because before you’re allowed to transfer the credits, they are going to make you fill out some forms and then have you hand in the syllabus of those courses to make sure they are in line with what we teach here. If the course isn’t similar, you will have wasted your time! </p>
