<p>I think that NYU is much better. At least I hope so. I'm so bummed right now. all of my friends are getting into Ivies with lower stats and less honors than I have. I went ED. bummed out!!!</p>

<p>*Cost of 4 year college: 45k (NYU tution and fee, grad with $29,480 debt) 44k (BU tution and fee, grad with $21,196 debt). Very similar but NYU is the better value.</p>
<p>*Scholarships: tie</p>
<p>*environment: NYU better atmosphere. BU more campus</p>
<p>*crime: NYU, the village is one of the safer areas discounting the event of the two auxiliary cops</p>
<p>*Alumni network: alumni give rate is 11% for NYU 8% for BU, take your pick</p>
