One deals with engineering. One deals with art.

Well, not really. But I find CS jobs to be far more abundant. Something like 60% of the employers in my school’s engineering career fair were looking for CS majors, and CS majors only made up 8-10% of the engineers in the school.

I heard it was the difference between hardware and software programming. Don’t know much on it myself.

What college do you attend if you dont mind me asking?

Cornell U.

This is a question that has been discussed at length all over the internet, including this forum. I’d search this subforum and see whether or not you can find satisfactory answers already given, rather than rehash it all again.

Do you know any forums specifically off hand?

I mean, this one. The CC > College Majors > Engineering subforum that we are currently in. I know this has been discussed pretty substantially already… perhaps just search computer + science + engineering or something like that. idk.
