I am shortening my list of universities/colleges but I am really confused. My principles for school are:
1.Generous in Financial aid for International student.
2.Major of computer science (or telecommunication, but I think this major is not popular :<)
May you list for me some 10 schools(both national unis and LACs) with these criteria? Thanks a lot!!!(^^)

In addition, I chose these schools, pls take a look and give me your advices:

university of Chicago
2.university of Rochester
3.George Washington university
4.Rice university

Can anyone give me some information about CS at Swarthmore c?

I thought state schools are strict about giving financial aid to internationals?

Right!i'm looking for some more lacs or national uni, they seems more generous.

i am too lookin for exactly d same kind of colleges n need help(a lot)

champlain college seems to b nice but it gives very less financial aid...
i m also lookin at harding...
nth much else...

cud someone help plz...

I ended up choosing some lacs to replace, they are not prestigious as NU but anyway, finance is the most important...
note: I've rechecked n found George Washington u dont give financial aid to international student-->eliminate immediately.

If you wanted to do telecommunications you could do electrical engineering and focus on telecommunications. The only schools that I can think of are the top universities like Princeton,MIT, etc., but those are extremely hard to get into for an international. Sorry, I can't be of much help.

yeah, study telecommunications in major of electrical engineering seems more feasible, i can look for more uni now. What do you think about RPI?the major is fine but is it too severe?and also, does the uni give opportunities to international student?
