<p>Computer science USC vs Cal Poly </p>

<p>Since he probably won't be getting any financial aid, how would you compare the programs? For instance I think that Cal Poly has 90 Computer science majors and 90 Computer engineering majors.
Anyone know how many total majors in Computer science and comp engineering at USC?</p>

<p>If there is no Financial Aid - Cal Poly is a no brainer. Great school, especially in the CS/ Engineering side of things, though there is not as good of a social atmosphere at CP. USC is great, but its simply not worth the $33,000/year tuition. Cal Poly will probably cost $16,000 or so for the ENTIRE 4 years of tuition!</p>
