Computer Science/Engineering Scholarhips

Hi, I am researched out! Are there any medium (around 8000 undergraduates) to smaller private colleges that are very good in computer science and engineering (no specific field yet) and that offer a fair amount of academic or merit scholarships? My senior in HS is being advised about all the bigger schools (UCLA, UCSD, U of I, U of Wash, Carnegie Mellon), but size and costs may pose obstacles. He is nearly straight A with extremely rigorous curriculum (e.g., Calculus III) and high standardized test scores. Any suggestions would be much appreciated!
