Computer Science & Film, Major & Minor?

Hello there!

I'm a high school student with a passion for Computer Science and Film. Due to this, I've been researching into universities that would offer a Double Major in Computer Science and Film or a Major in Computer Science with a Minor in Film. However, in my research, I keep finding that either one or the other department of said field would be lacking in strength whether it is in terms of education, facilities available or otherwise.

I'm an international student that would like to study in the States, therefore geographical location isn't much of an issue for me. I'm currently studying under the IB diploma with the following subjects: Math HL, Physics HL, ITGS HL, Chemistry SL, English Language SL, and Arabic B SL. i*

I'd appreciate any help or insight that would help me in my research whether it be a university that I should check out or pointers that would help my research (assuming no financial issues & geographical issues).

Thanks and Best of Regards,

You ought to post this question in the University of Southern California forum. It’s film school and engineering school seem to do a lot of collaboration.

USC has arguably the #1 film school in the world (meaning it’s hard to get into,) and ARWU rated its CS Department as #13 in the world.

Also check out UCLA. I don’t know how much collaboration there is between its film and engineering departments, but both departments are top-notch.
