Hi guys, native New Yorker here looking to transfer, and I need some help.

What is your opinion on which is a better school for computer science? I know that NYU, as the larger school, shows on more university rankings, but I have read GREAT things about NYU Poly. It seems like a hidden gem, and the curriculum seems to have lots of great courses and concentrations. I've been told to go to NYU Poly while it's still possible to get in, as it seems to be rapidly coming up in ranking.

NYU CAS seems to have less options for concentrations and I think only offers a BA option (is that right?), but currently is still decently high on rankings. Poly I think is just such a small school that it doesn't often show up.

Also, how is Cooper Union on Computer Science? I would think it'd be excellent, but like Poly it doesn't show up on undergraduate rankings for the major often.
