Computer Science

I want some advice, what coursed do you guys recommend me taking as an intended computer science major in Letters & sciences college?

CS 61A (preview the lectures and textbook [here; you can download MIT Scheme to do the exercises)
Math 1A, 1B, H1B, 54, or H54, depending”>http://math.berkeley.edu/courses_AP.html]depending on your AP credit](CS 61A Home Page)

Two other courses from the following:

[Reading and Composition](Reading & Composition | L&S Advising) if needed (B if you have a 4 in AP English, A otherwise)
[7-course breadth](http://ls-advise.berkeley.edu/requirement/7breadth.html) courses (other than Physical Science, which CS 61C will fulfill); consider choosing courses which also fulfill [American Cultures](http://americancultures.berkeley.edu/)
EE 42 if you have a 5 on AP Calculus BC
CS 70 if you have a 5 on AP Calculus BC and programming experience
