Hello,
I plan on applying to several CSU’s such as CSULB, FULLERTON, and SDSU also cal poly SLO and Pomona
What are the pieces of criteria that are expected for students that have been accepted for the semester before actually attending ? (GPA)

gpa and completed classes are pretty much it for CSUs. CP SLO has some additional considerations but, they accept so few non-local transfer students, i wouldn’t let it distract you. At competitive CSUs like the ones you list, the GPA threshold varies widely by major. I’d aim for a 3.5 which should put you in pretty good shape for most programs at the others.
My lowest gpa will be a 3.75 and highest at 3.89 (if I keep up the A’s) and I’m applying as a transfer student , would you consider that as a good chance for both the cal polys and CSUs?
Also , I’m studying business admin with an emphasis in management
The CSU charter requires them to give preference to ‘local’ applicants - so be sure to apply somewhere you are considered local. That is handled differently at all of the competitive schools. In the abstract, a near 4.0 and all the right classes should make you a competitive candidate at any school in CA. Now all you need to do it get straight As.
Northridge is a good example - the rules for non-locals seem to change somewhat year to year, especially for popular majors. A few years ago, if memory serves, they didn’t admit any non-local applicants. Right now, it looks like you need a 3.6 if you aren’t local - vs just a 2.0 for local applicants. What will it be when you apply? Who knows.

If you can really pull off that GPA, you should TAG UCR and apply to the CSUs you list above - maybe add Chico while you are at it…
If your GPA slips a bit, Sac, SJSU, Sonoma all have reputable business programs too.
Good luck
I am considered local for SDSU… five minutes to be exact but I will keep the GPA above the 3.7 and just hope for the best
thanks
sounds like you are in good shape then… just be sure to apply broadly.
