Confused about recommendations (application question)

<p>The application clearly says that teacher recommendations can be submitted online, but I can't find where to do this...I can't even find printable recommendation forms for that matter.</p>

<p>Do you have to submit Part II before you can access the recommendations? Or am I missing something?</p>

<p>I’d like to know too. Even though they have the applications there it doesn’t give a place to list the teacher’s e-mail or anything like that.</p>
