<p>Columbia allows recommendations to be submitted online. The form asks for First Name, last name, address. I put my name not my recommendors name, correct?</p>

<p>I think you should see the recommendation provider list..If it shows your teachers' names,right;shows yours,wrong and change it..</p>
<p>BTW,even after you submiting application part 2, you can still make changes in the recommendation part online..</p>
