Confused- Do I have a chance at all?????

2120 SAT, 31 ACT, lots of school involvement, 4.13 GPA/3.95 unweighted, Legacy(DAD), and my brother went to ND

Taking 4 AP classes this year,
last year I took AP calc AB, and AP us history, scored 5 on each test
SAT IIs-710 US history

I am applying early action too

Thank you

thank you so much for giving me any adivice you have at all!!!

It was 4 minutes between posts dude, chill, my question hasn’t been answered yet and I asked it last Tuesday.

I’d say you have a decent shot, but could you elaborate on some of your ECs?
Legacy will help you.

I think you have a good chance. A strong essay is a must; avoid cliche topics, like overcoming an injury or athletic leadership, but instead find an unusual topic that you know well. The counselors say it should be an essay that only you could write.

I think your stats are on the low side for EA but would be very good (with the legacy preference) in the RD round. I’d recommend applying Regular Decision.

Good luck!

Your stats are fine, standardized testing may be a little iffy, but as long as your Math and CR scores amount to 1400+ then you should be okay…

the above poster is absolutely correct in that your essay will carry a good amount of weight. if you need help with it, then PM any one of us.

I think you have a chance…

I’m applying EA too, and I’m also a legacy.

edit: on second thought, maybe I should have told you NOT to apply to increase my own chances. Wouldn’t that be mean?
