confused! questions about CAS interview

I'm an international applicant to CAS. A local CAAAN member contacted me and she offered either a phone or on-site interview. I am really confused because the school's site says CAS applicants are not offered interviews... Is it more like an informational, non-evaluative interview? Could anyone who has attended the interview tell me his/her experience? Should I focus on talking myself or asking questions?

Thanks in advance.

Yes, it is an informative interview, but they can choose to send a report of up to ~150 characters to the school. You should prepare basic interview questions, but according to CAAAN its mostly a chance for one to know about Cornell better.

1500 characters. Enough for 8-10 sentences.
