Confused?!!!

Ok I'm already accepted into CU, which is surprising even to me, but I'm not sure what engineering major I should go into. I'm interested in making cars, not building or fixing them but designing them. Such as the aerodynamics of cars and creating more efficient cars, anything to do with the creative form of cars. I think aerospace engineering might cover this but I'm not sure. If it means a drafting major so be it, I'm fairly open for a major, I just like putting my ideas into a concept I like designing other stuff besides cars, but that's my focus.

It sounds more like mechanical engineering is what you're leaning towards.

That's what my dad told me, he said aerospace engineering is good and all but there's also a lot more out there for a mechanical engineer, such as if I got sick of designing cars, there's a lot of other opportunities for work.

What do you mean about CU? Cooper Union or University of Colorado?

University of Colorado Boulder

Try mechanical engineering. CU boulder has a great mechanical program. I go to a sister campus finishing up my last year. I'm in Boulder every now and then.
