Does anyone know if Cornell separates their applications by college when considering acceptance. Therefore,
If someone applies to a college their application will only be read by officials from that college, not a broader admissions board.
@vikingsfan97 Yes, each of Cornell’s seven colleges admits their own students. Your app does not get read by a general admissions committee, rather, if you apply to Engineering for example, your app will be reviewed by that college only. And starting this admissions cycle, you may only apply to one college at Cornell. Gone is the “second choice” option.
