<p>After you submit the supplement, you'll be able to select how you will pay for the application. One option is "Fee Waiver", and you'd select NACAC, Collegeboard, or other.</p>
<p>The fee waiver I used, I found it on Cornell's admissions website (it's their own), where you dont have to get guidance/ an school admin to write you a letter. You just write in your income and attach a few tax forms. </p>
<p>btw, you should look into this really really soon, since on the fee waiver form, it said "Give time for us to give you a response on whether your fee waiver request is met". I guess it's so you can get your payment in on time if they don't think you qualify for a fee waiver.</p>
