no, I did not. Which school did she apply to?
@Zephyr212 I didn’t get the mail
@college2019123 @v7631902 @kateve16 I applied to Cornell ILR too! Super nervous-- its definitely my dream school! If you guys wanna chat about apps or just get out our anxiety I’d love to!
@bossbabe I didn’t get the email either
Check your Junk file, it might have accidentally gotten sorted there. Search for the subject: “ Your Cornell University Early Decision Application.”
@nikkifay Haha I got that email. I think the email we were referring to was the one that someone got earlier that said decisions are being released the 12th.
Did you hear anymore info on that date? was that a real email? someone on reddit said it was a rumor.
@luckyjade2024 i have not heard any confirmation regarding dec 12th. I suspect somewhere between 12th & 15th. I am sure Cornell will email by Friday confirming the release date. They must be inundated with calls right now
The website hasn’t been updated. It still says mid-December.
@asz123 there’s a thread specifically for ILR ED if you wanna reply there!

Oops! Sorry.
Yes, my friend asked how he could submit additional materials. He also inquired by the way about the notification date, so this was their response.
@FlyTheW Was the email you received in response to an email you sent them?
@flythew thank you!!
So we can all call the Dean and get our decisions before the 10th or 12th? sure …I’m not buying it…if that were the case everyone would be calling.
And the email from the 20th was a mass email
Here to say that I got the email on the 20th and am almost sure I’m not going to get in. It would be great if that were true, but I doubt admissions would do that. Can we try not to spread false info like that unless we know for sure it’s true?
The Nov. 20 email was sent to every applicant. It’s not a clue for acceptance. Last year, two students received that email and they were rejected.
If Cornell releases decisions on 12th, we’ll then expect the email to be sent on 9th or 10th(the latest). If we don’t get the email within this week, then it’s not possible that decisions would be released next Monday or Tuesday.
Thank you
Ok so the December 12th decision date email looks legit, but the whole November 20th email thing is confusing. I kinda also believe it was a mass email but I can see why people also believe that it was only sent to those who were admitted. If anyone can provide concrete evidence regarding the November 20th email, it would be extremely helpful to all of us
So if you received the email in November 20 you got rejected seems to me that would also be in correct
